T-shirt Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is: The University of Northampton whose registered office is at Park Campus, Boughton Green Road, Northampton, NN2 7AL
2. The giveaway is open to current students of the University of Northampton (including Foundation Framework) or students studying for degrees in the UK awarded by the University of Northampton.
3. Staff members of the University of Northampton including temporary staff will not be able to win this giveaway. Unitemps employees if they fall into the category stated in point 2 are permitted to enter this giveaway.
4. You must be 18 years of age or over to enter the giveaway. Photographic ID must be shown if a prize is awarded before collection of the prize.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
6. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. Route to entry for the giveaway will be via the current student groups.
8. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.
9. Closing date for entry 9.00am on Friday May 4th 2018 After this date the no further entries to the giveaway will be counted.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
11. The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows:
· You must be a current student of the University of Northampton.
· Two people will be picked at random from the people who email in with the correct subject line “T-shirt Giveaway”
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.
12. The prize is as follows: One signed football shirt.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Prizes will not be posted to the winner and must be collected by 31/05/2018 after which time we will offer this prize out in another giveaway or the contents of the prize may have expired in their use-by date.
13. Winners will be chosen by randomised software.
14. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. This prize cannot be posted.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final.
17. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
20. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: study@northampton.ac.uk
21. Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the University of Northampton and not to any other party.
