Today is all about celebrating women; our strengths, our achievements and the changes we can make.

International Women’s Day (8th March) is a global party to celebrate the achievements of all women, whether they be political, social, economic or cultural.

While Queen B is the mistress of all that is fierce, and we shall continue to worship at her altar of sass forever more. International Women’s Day is also about accelerating gender parity and creating a more equal society for women AND men.

This year, the people behind IWD are calling for us to #BeBoldForChange.

This means challenging yourself and those around you to stand up and make a change towards a better working world, one that is more inclusive of ALL genders.

There are 5 ways you can #BeBoldForChange this IWD:

Challenge bias and inequality.

Campaign against violence.

Forge women’s advancement.

Celebrate women’s achievements.

Champion women’s education.

What will you do?

Head to the International Women’s Day website for more information on the action you can take to make the world a more equal, safe and rewarding place for women everywhere.

And remember ladies, stay fabulous.

What will you do be doing this IWD? Let us know on Twitter and Instagram!
