For Students: Summer Exam Timetable 2016

Further information and guidance is also available. Students with additional needs will have been notified of their exam details by email.

Please remember to:

• check the exam timetable regularly as exam details are subject to change
• bring your Student ID Card to all your exams or an alternative form of photographic ID
• leave all electronic devices at home or in your bag
• leave all watches in the clear plastic bag provided on the exam desk
• allow plenty of time for your journey to the exam
• be quiet on campus when exams are in progress

Please be advised that the following behaviour during an exam will be reported as academic misconduct:

• behaving in a dishonest way to gain an academic advantage
• communicating or attempting to communicate with other students during an exam
• talking without legitimate reason inside the exam room
• being in possession of an electrical device capable of storing text such as mobile phone, iPod, iPad, headset, smartwatch, fitbit, tablet
• introducing notes or any unauthorised material or equipment in an exam or temporarily leaving the exam to refer to such materials
• impersonation: assuming a student’s identity
• looking at the exam questions before given permission to do so
• obtaining an advance copy of an ‘unseen’ exam paper
• removing paperwork designated ‘not to be removed from an exam’
• not complying with the Conduct of Students in Examinations at the University of Northampton
