Accommodation in Clearing
Everything you need to know!
If you are applying through clearing then do not panic about accommodation, here is a handy list of everything you need to know:
When can I apply for accommodation?
Once you have been made an offer and have accepted the offer.
How do I apply?
You will receive an email once you have an offer, this will provide a link to the portal so you can apply for accommodation.
What rooms will be left? Will I have a choice?
If we still have some rooms available; you will be able to make a selection on the portal from the accommodation that is left.

What happens if there are no rooms left?
If we run out of rooms we will organise a housing event. There you will be able to view student housing in the private sector, meet other students who are looking for housing and get some advice.
Make sure you don’t put a deposit down on accommodation until you have been made an official offer.
