15 ways to relax before Results Day

Just in case you are a bit apprehensive, we have put together a list of things to try guaranteed* to relax you before the big day!

*We say guaranteed…but we can’t guarantee it.

1.You should definitely start with a long lie in

2. Meditation is great for calming nerves

3. Soothe your nervous system with a cup of chamomile tea

4. Try aromatherapy — scents like lavender, jasmine, vetiver and neroli are perfect for reducing stress, helps alleviate anxiety and clear mind

5. Get a massage

6. Do some yoga with a friend

7. Go for a run — release some endorphin

8. Learn a dance routine and dance like noone is watching

9. Go see a movie

10. Or have a picnic with friends

11. Play with your pet

12. Call your friends over for a box set marathon (with pizza of course!)

13. Watch something funny

14. Then have a bubble bath

15. And find someone to cuddle
